What’s the first thing someone would notice in this office?

Novel Coworking  

Getting off the elevators, our ski lift chairs provide an immediate pop of color and interest and show clients that we love local touches that make the space fun and inviting.

What does this office say about the company you designed it for?

Novel Coworking

This office was designed in-house by Novel Coworking, and it serves our clients. We aim to provide small businesses and entrepreneurs with high-caliber amenities that are typically only available to the largest companies, at a budget price.

Describe the layout of this office. How does this office design encourage creativity, productivity, and team happiness?

Novel Coworking 

Novel Coworking 16th Street features a mix of private offices and coworking space, as well as floors with customized office suites for larger companies, which include a mixture of offices, open space, kitchen, and conference room.

What does the space do best?

Novel Coworking 

Our space allows everyone from freelancers to enterprise companies the flexibility of working within an office with many different options, and the ability to flow between spaces for collaboration and networking, whether it’s a private call in a conference room or phone booth, or a networking Happy Hour with other clients in the kitchen area with local beer on tap.

What went into choosing the colors and materials for the office’s decor?

Novel Coworking 

Our colors and materials are chosen to evoke professionalism with a mixture of fun, so clients can feel comfortable bringing their valued partners to a building that is completely professional, while also providing spaces that are more relaxed for collaboration and networking.

What is your favorite part of this office?

Novel Coworking 

Our favorite part of this office is yet to come — A year-round rooftop deck that will be debuting for clients in 2019!
