Strategic hires in brokerage usher in a new day at SquareFoot

This year for many of us has brought ups and downs. Although we’ve spent the better part of it working from home, I am optimistic that the future is bright for the commercial real estate industry. People are coming back to the office at their own pace and with their own specific needs in mind.

At the same time, as we envision the next phase of SquareFoot’s growth, we know that revising and revamping past notions of the office space is critical to success. Like always, we hope to bring together modern technology and expert knowledge. So I’m excited today to share that we are adding four key members to our Transactions team:

Paul Revson, formerly of Savills, has joined us in the new role of Executive Vice President; Ben Fastenberg, coming from CBRE, is serving as Senior Managing Director; and Jeff Hersch, most recently at Prime Manhattan Realty, and Ben Saftler, previously at WeWork, have both come aboard as Managing Directors.

Together, this group brings with them many decades of experience with the ins and outs of the industry. They, in addition to the other dozens of SquareFoot brokers who have gotten us here, will help bring in the next era of office space solutions. We’re truly reshaping this industry for the better as we work closely with landlords to represent our clients with top-of-the-line treatment.
