Benjamin Saftler has an extensive background in commercial real estate. After spending 8 years at three tenant representative firms (Vicus Partners, Capstone Realty Advisors, and WeWork Space Services), Ben joined SquareFoot, representing tenants in commercial real estate transactions.
Ben’s role as a commercial real estate advisor includes representing clients in lease acquisitions and dispositions, lease auditing and strategic development, implementation of occupancy cost reduction strategies, and advanced lease renewals.
Ben has completed a multitude of transactions involving different industries including but not limited to technology, interior design, architecture, marketing firms, photography, medical and nonprofit uses. Ben continues to excel at developing and sustaining client relationships.
Ben is a graduate of Indiana University with a B.S. in Communications, a minor in Telecommunications, and an area of concentration in Sports Marketing and Management. He is highly supportive and an active member of the real estate community in New York City. He is also an avid New York Sports fan and enjoys playing tennis, racquetball, and golf.
