Corey joined SquareFoot’s NYC team in 2021, bringing with him more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience. He came from Lee & Associates, where he served as an Executive Managing Director for 5 years. Prior to that, he was a Director of Global Brokerage at Cushman & Wakefield. Corey began his career at Newmark Knight Frank, where he spent 7 years as an Associate Director. At Newmark, he received the company’s “Highest Producer with Under 5 Years of Experience” award.

An accomplished CRE professional, Corey has represented 11 buildings, comprising 1.3 million square feet of office space. On the tenant side, he has executed more than 2 million square feet of commercial transactions across NYC. His agency experience includes:

Corey graduated from Florida Atlantic University. In addition to being a skilled broker, he is also a professional pianist. He enjoys boating, skiing, and golf.
