Edward joined SquareFoot’s NYC team in 2021 as a Managing Director, bringing 13 years of commercial real estate experience with him. Prior to joining SquareFoot, Edward worked as a Senior Associate for renowned CRE firm Cushman & Wakefield, where he spent 12 years. He began his career at The Staubach Company, which was acquired by Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) during his time there.
Edward specializes in tenant representation and is skilled in market analysis, financial analysis, and lease negotiations. His background is diverse, with experience transacting office, retail, and medical space nationally.
A Manhattan native, Edward graduated from Rollins College with a Bachelor’s in Political Science. He then earned a Masters in Real Estate with a concentration in Asset Management from New York University. Edward is active in a number of associations, including:
- The Browning School Alumni Council, where he currently serves as Secretary on the Alumni Executive Board
- Team Fox Young Professionals of NYC, an organization that raises funds & awareness for Parkinson’s research. From 2016 to 2018, he served as the Co-communications Director on the Executive Board.
Outside of work and volunteering, Edward enjoys reading and podcasts; he is also an avid sports enthusiast and enjoys playing golf, tennis, and softball, in particular.
