Jared joined SquareFoot’s New York team in July 2022 as a Commercial Real Estate Broker. Prior to joining SquareFoot, Jared spent 11 years as a sales, marketing, and business development leader for AFA Protective Systems, Inc., where he worked to deliver integrated security services to commercial clients across the East Coast. In this capacity, Jared developed strategic partnerships with Cushman Wakefield, CBRE, JLL, Tishman Speyer, and other major commercial real estate organizations.
A member of the New York State Bar Association, Jared was also able to develop and execute master agreements in order to expedite service procurement for CRE clients.
Jared received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Florida. He then went on to earn a JD degree at Syracuse University College of Law. In his free time, Jared enjoys traveling, going to concerts, playing golf, and going to Giants football games. He lives in Greenwich Village with his wife, Alex, and their dog, Floyd.
Jared works in conjunction with Jonathan Tootell, our New York City Market Lead, who brings more than 15 years of experience in New York City commercial real estate to SquareFoot.
