Having represented over 250 tenants, Lance is intimately familiar with the technology, infrastructure, and space needs of companies at all stages. In addition to financial companies, Lance works with organizations across several other verticals (including technology, staffing/recruiting, media, advertising, and non-profits) to negotiate new leases, lease renewals, and sublease/disposition assignments.
In addition to working with commercial tenants, Lance is tasked with assisting in hiring and expansion for SquareFoot, as well as training and mentoring junior and mid-level brokers.
Lance graduated from Hofstra University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. He is a car enthusiast and an avid collector of watches. In his free time, he enjoys blogging, podcasting, cheering on the Knicks, and spending time with his dog.
